Listen to Wowbox Salad discussing healthy eating habits

In the second half of 2017, thanks to the influence of nutrition experts and fitness experts on social networks, people started to care about healthy eating and exercising. The habit of everyday eating is gradually replaced by more standard regimes such as low-carb and macrobiotic.

But my people still have a saying that “it is too good to tire”, which implies that there must be moderation and too much will backfire. That applies even to healthy eating. Many people mistakenly consider eating low-carb as eliminating carbohydrates from the diet entirely.

Or apply the method of purifying the body by completely replacing the consumption of food by adding a mixture of detoxifying liquids for a long time leading to weakness. The question we should ask is: How to eat right and enough?

The salad and smoothie menu at Wowbox Salad draws on my decades of culinary experience. In particular, the variety of salad sauce is the difference of Wowbox Salad.

In addition, to ensure the diet is nutritious and easy to eat, the combination of ingredients is always paid attention. For example, limit the combination of brown rice and salad because it is difficult to eat, instead of quinoa (quinoa). Every 3-4 months, Wowbox Salad will launch a new salad menu.

However, there is no denying that healthy eating is really a niche segment and it is unlikely that there will be an opportunity for growth to explode. Vietnamese consumers need time to learn and adapt to the new lifestyle and diet.

After 3 years of operation, the number of Wowbox Salad customers has been steadily increasing but we are aware that we are still in the process of getting to know our customers. To succeed, we need to be patient with attracting customers and maintaining a stable quality.
