Street sports: Good for health

Less dependent on machinery, high efficiency, street sports are the ideal choice for all classes.

Our bodies are weapons

This way of thinking is very wrong, because different exercises have different operating mechanisms. When you use weights, you are under the influence of external forces. Weightlifting exercises help your muscles grow bigger, faster but make your body become sluggish and lacking in skill. Street sports, on the other hand, are difficult to identify physical progress but make up for your flexibility.
