March 21, 2020 by Janice Simpson

Lemon + warm water + honey: Combo detox gently
The “national” detox combo must be warm lemon and honey. Using familiar easy-to-find ingredients in the kitchen, this tea is also incredibly easy to make. Lemons are rich in vitamin C, combined with antibacterial honey, which helps to gently detoxify the intestinal tract. For added flavor and detoxification, you can add a few slices of ginger in this drink. After parties, drinking a glass of honey lemon tea in the morning will refresh your body.

Artichoke tea: A remedy for nourishing the liver
Artichoke is known as an excellent detoxifying herb. Before and after consecutive parties, don’t forget to restore the liver’s purifying function with artichokes. The active ingredients in artichoke leaves help regulate digestion, eliminate toxins in the liver.

Coriander tea: Strange but familiar ear
Coriander is a familiar spice in Asian cuisine. But few people know this vegetable is also a component of a great detox tea. With digestive benefits, coriander has been used as an herb since the Middle Ages.

To soothe the digestive system after parties, you can use coriander tea with a rich seed of anti-inflammatory active ingredients.

Chrysanthemum tea: Detoxifies the body, purifies the soul
The stress of the year-end season easily makes the body tired. In addition to spending extra time to relax, sipping teas that have a sedative effect will also help you feel more comfortable. Among the sedative herbs, chamomile is particularly famous. This tea with a gentle aroma, easy to drink taste was widely used under the kings. Not only sedative, easy to sleep, the antioxidants in tea also help eliminate traces of eye fatigue.

Mint tea: A refreshing throat stick

Speaking of a throat-clearing drink, we can’t help but mention peppermint tea. The refreshing taste of this herb is not only good for the throat but also refreshing spirit. There are many types of peppermint, but they all help reduce headaches and stress by menthol and tannin.

Just put some fresh or dried mint leaves in hot water. The scent and refreshing taste spreading in your throat will make you forget the tiredness after partying.
